Flower Judging Team

The Annual National Intercollegiate Floral Crop Quality Evaluation and Design Competition is sponsored by Pi Alpha Xi and the American Floral Endowment. The contest location is rotated among different four-year institutions within the United States. Approximately eleven schools bring teams to the competition annually. Penn State has been participating in this contest for more than fifty years.

Team training and judging practice begins with several practice sessions in November and continues in spring semester. The contest is held at the beginning of April.
