The Leadership Development minor is developed for students wanting to supplement their academic major with studies in leadership development. The minor consists of a minimum of 18 credits, at least 3 of which are an internship experience. This minor provides students with a fundamental concept of leadership development and expands in three related dimensions: (1) Leadership Styles, (2) Ethical and Moral Dimensions of Leadership, and (3) Global Perspective. This minor may be combined with any major in the University.
Requirements
The following four courses are required of all students completing this minor:

AEE 495D Internship (Note: There are multiple internships in AEE, but the "D" will always be for "leadership" students.)

Procedures for Enrollment
Students may apply for admission to the Leadership Development minor by submitting an Application for Admission to a Minor form in 206 Ferguson Building.
