International opportunities connect you globally. Studying abroad helps prepare students to work in an increasingly global environment.
The Department of Horticulture offers study tours for interested students to participate in. Each student researches the history and highlights of gardens and public places in and around the chosen country during the semester, and then they travel to the country for the "field trip" part of the course in May.
Past trips have included:
• Garden Tour of England, May 2005
• Dutch Horticulture Tour, May 2006
• Garden Tour of Italy, May 2007
