Summer Research Opportunities Program
The Summer Research Opportunities Program (SROP) is designed to interest talented undergraduate minority students in academic careers and enhance their preparation for graduate study through intensive research experiences with faculty mentors.
Things you will be expected to do while you are in the program:
- Prepare student research papers.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations.
- Attend the SROP conference.
- Attend weekly seminars on being successful in graduate school.
